CROSS’ Truck Loading solution achieves loading of refined oil products on Oil tanker Trucks, as required for supplying automotive, domestic or industrial fuel products to individual customers.

Based on the requirements until today, the Truck loading bay design allows the simultaneous loading of up to five (5) Fuel Oil products (+ vapour recovery) in different grades, as well as additives, on a Road Tanker, to be safely delivered to customers (i.e. petrol stations, industry units, hospitals, schools, etc.) in order to satisfy local demand.

The loading bay is built under the most demanding and environmentally friendly requirements using up-to-date, close type – cross over – bottom loading   system that allows no fuel oil vapour emissions into the atmosphere during Truck’s loading.

Vapour emissions control system, overfill protection and cross over truck loading system provide a universal environmental protection during loading Road Tankers.

By using Truckman Net, CROSS’ultra-modern, sophisticated software package for managing all fuel movements for the Truck Loading operations,  Depot’s crew can schedule the Road Tanker loading, produce Bills of Lading, maintain loading records (by truck, driver, delivered product and quantity in every compartment, additive injected, loading time and more), and generate reports. Data can be sent via a CROSS’ Inflows – Outflows system to Governmental Authorities, as required.
