SILEA Floating Suctions allows suction to be always near the surface where the liquid is cleaner and hydrocarbons do not contain water that settles in the bottom of the tank.
Main application is on Aviation Fuels and the floating suctions are built with compatible materials

SILEA makes two models:

• 1502 are used on above ground vertical tanks when the diameter is higher than the height.
• 1505 are used on above ground vertical tanks when the diameter is less than the height.

On request the material except the standard aluminium, can also be from: carbon steel, stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316.

They can be equipped optional with:

• Level gauge
• Sampling system

They are approved according to the following regulations:

• 94/9/CE Directive, named
• Standard API-ASTM-ANSI-TTMA.
