Skid Mounted Truck Loading System on Ro-Ro Tanker vessel for refined oil products’ distribution to Greek islands
Job Description
- System was designed according to European Metrology OIML R117 and Greek Metrology.
- Skid mounting of Contrec 1010A-2/4 Load Computers at CROSS’ workshop.
- Skid mounting of Metering Blocks including VAF J5100 Flowmeters & Basket type Filter, Bermad Digital Control Valves type AF 718, Bermad Digital On-Off Valves type AF 710, Scully Overfill Prevention System, Silea Cross-Over Bottom Loading Arms and 5×5 pump selection system.
- Delivery of the separate skids to the Shipyard and assembling of the above in one system, onboard the vessel.
- System was installed by the Shipyard under CROSS’ instructions.
- Commissioning of the system was performed by CROSS upon the vessel’s arrival at Piraeus port.
